The beds are super comfy! Everything is also clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious. I stay at this hotel every year during my trip to Phuket with my family. We like the location, it’s close to Phuket town, to Central, to IKEA, and also you could easily get to any beach. Also, there are few restaurants in the walking distance, and the Big C supermarket is just across the street.

The breakfast was OK, but it was not so much of the fresh vegetables

Good breakfast, excellent value for money. There is a good big store 7-11 just opposite the hotel.

A bit outdated cups-glasses, no restaurants in the area

Huge spacious room, refreshing pool, smiling staff, good parking. We especially loved our Daily cleaning of room, it smelled great and everything was so clean! Our First stop in Thailand and it was great choice. Also about 150 m are many many restaurants so dont worry you will not be hungry.

I missed cheese on the breakfast. Also small hand towels on room would be nice. But it is just my opinion, this hotel was really nice and im recommending :)

- There's a 7/11 just a few meter away, but be aware that it will be closed around 20:00 - 21:00 because it's located inside a gas station. There's another one about 200 - 300m away, turn right when you get out of the hotel. Big C is across the street, but also, closed around 19:00 - 20:00. - The staff is friendly and helpful. - The location is ok for us since we rent a motorbike. And you should as well, renting a motorbike or a car, since Grab service here is extremely expensive for some reason. The reception helped us to rent a motorbike at THB 300, average price and quite good quality. They deliver and pick up at the hotel, so super convenient. The hotel is near Phuket Bus Terminal 2 if you're interested. But if you want to catch the orange bus to airport, you need to stay near Bus Terminal 1, not here. - The room is clean and spacious with a decent balcony overlooking the pool. No tea or coffee provided is a minus, but we don't mind that much. Overall good value for money, just change the star rating to 3 to avoid over-expectation.

- The bathroom is a bit old and smelly. The style is cute though, with lots of space to put your dry clothes. - The breakfast can be improved. I expected quite a lot reading through the reviews and the star rating (4-star). However, it's more like a 3-star, not sure if it's due to COVID or not. There was 1 type of bread, 1 type of cereal, a salad corner, 1 porridge / congee dish, ham, sausage and 4 Thai dishes, plus tea, coffee, milk and orange juice.

The cleanliness of the room .Also breakfast is exceeded our expection for what I have paid .Excellent.

The room by the main road is a bit noisy from cars ,it would have been better to stay by the pool. Apart from that everything else is fine.

The room itself is beautiful. Very nice layout. Good for relaxing. Bed and pillows are very comfy.

It's a bit of a plod to the old town, but there are some really lovely local places to eat. The staff were kind and the room was bright and clean. Lovely pool!

Road was noisy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and so long! We liked the area as it is not high touristy type area. There is an amazing restaurant just down the street. It was like an auntie cooked for us every evening. The breakfast was included and was good. They were happy to make me eggs the way I liked them every day. The staff were kind and friendly. There was an inexpensive do-it-yourself laundromat close by. The area felt very safe.

It was loud! Our room was close to the stairs and it was super loud. There were children running and screaming in the halls, people swimming super late at night, and a bus tour group that were also extremely loud!! Put a damper on the hotel experience. Pool hours would have been nice!

The hotel upgraded us to a swim up room which was a nice touch but the location is a bit of a walk from the old town and Rang Hill. The hotel is great but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't driving.

The shower soaked the bathroom everytime it was used due to the positioning of the head but everything else was fine.

Great service from front office staff. They are calling for welcome and check up guests. Great job girls:-)

My room is on the 1st floor, there are a lot of mosquito:-(
